WHO WE ARE
Amber Properties, LLC is a New York-based multi-generational real estate development firm with extensive experience in redevelopment within urban areas.
We are a full-service firm, handling all aspects of property redevelopment including site selection, site plan approval, leasing, construction and property management. Our portfolio has included properties throughout New England across various sub-sectors of the real estate industry including industrial, multi-use, office, retail and multifamily.
THE TEAM
Peter M. Levine is the principal and founder of Amber Properties. For the past twenty-two years, Amber Properties and its affiliates have been involved in the management, financing, restructuring, acquisition, disposition, and development of retail, office, industrial and multifamily real estate.
Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated the ability to conceive, create and complete full-scale redevelopment of retail, multi-family, office and industrial properties. He has placed abandoned commercial buildings on the National Historic Register and funded development through sale of federal and state historic tax credits.
Joanna R. Solowey joined Amber Properties in 2020 having spent years working as a Communications and Marketing executive in New York.
Joanna started her career at EQUINOX, where she led the marketing efforts for all new club openings across the portfolio. From there, she went to OMNIGON (now iX.co), a global digital consultancy, where she built and managed their Marketing & Communications department.
