Redeveloped a 48,000 square foot office building in New London, Connecticut leased to Pfizer, Inc for fifteen years and subsequently sold to a regional hospital network.

Nashua, New Hampshire

Redeveloped a 101,000 square foot single-tenant industrial building in Nashua, New Hampshire acquired from a commercial bank that foreclosed on the property; the asset was redeveloped into a multi-tenant building.

Fairpoint

100 Gay Street – Manchester, New Hampshire

Acquired 75,500 square foot industrial property net leased to a major telecommunications company for use as engineering and administrative offices and garage and yard space for commercial and residential repair vehicles.

 

Granite State Distribution Center

13 Dow Road – Bow, New Hampshire

Acquired 48,000 square foot industrial/flex building and adjacent 6 acre parcel to be developed into 40,000 square foot high-bay warehouse/distribution near exit off interstate highway.

A complete restoration of an outdated 32,000 square foot retail and multifamily building; property completely renovated; Restoration Hardware leases a majority of the retail space and the high-end multi-family residential units are in great demand.

 

Anthropologie

480 West Putnam Ave – Greenwich, Connecticut

Acquired an abandoned site and redeveloped as a 10,000 square foot stand-alone retail store for Anthropologie, an affiliate of Urban Outfitters.

New London, Connecticut

Converted an abandoned SNET central office facility in downtown New London into 28 market rate rental apartment units. Renovation work funded in part from grant issued by the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development.

New London, Connecticut

Converted an abandoned 32,000 square foot building in downtown New London. Completely renovated building, converting into 28 market rate apartments and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. The renovation work funded in part from grants and loans from various state and municipal agencies and through the sale of federal and state historic tax credits.
