The Property, which consists of a 157,000 square foot building on nearly 10 acres within three miles of the Manchester Regional Airport, was converted by Amber Properties in 2021 into a multi-tenant industrial facility. It had previously been vacant for over 15 years before being purchased by Amber Properties.

 

131 Ledge Road 
Seabrook, New Hampshire

The Property originally consisted of 44 acres but Amber Properties subdivided it, sold off a portion of the land and redeveloped the balance of the parcel including the 135,000 square foot former warehouse store as a multi-tenant industrial and warehouse facility.

The Property is strategically located a mile from Exit 1 off Interstate 95 at the Massachusetts border, 42 miles from Boston and 11 miles from Portsmouth, NH.

 


Union Leader Building 
100 William Loeb Drive, Manchester, New Hampshire

The Property, which consists of a 160,000 square foot building on 20 acres within two miles of Exit 6 on Interstate 93, was converted by Amber Properties into a mixed-use facility with office, industrial and flex space.

 


Granite State Industrial Center 
75-93 Dow Road, Bow, New Hampshire

Redeveloped an initial 48,000 square foot industrial, warehouse and flex building complex across four multi-tenant buildings. Construction commenced on an additional 250,000 square feet of multi-tenant space in early 2023 with initial tenant occupancy slated for Q3 2023. 

 


Gate City Technology Center 
165 Ledge Street, Nashua, New Hampshire

Redeveloped a 101,000 square foot single tenant industrial building into a multi-tenant building with office, industrial and warehouse space.

200 Perimeter Road 
Manchester, New Hampshire 

Redeveloped a 67,000 square foot property in Manchester, NH into a multi-tenant building with industrial, warehouse and flex space. The Property is strategically located less than two miles from the Manchester – Boston Regional Airport.

 


100 Gay Street 
Manchester, New Hampshire 

Acquired a 75,000 square foot industrial property, now leased to a major communications company for use as engineering and administrative offices and garage and yard space for its commercial and residential repair vehicles.
